Hi, this is Ei Wada. I will go to Austria this weekend. So, I decided to set up a meeting for “ELECTRONICOS FANTASTICOS!” project in EU. This project try to reincarnate various retired consumer electronics as musical instruments.
The next thing I dream of is “Electromagnetic Orchestra Sans Frontiers(Without Borders)”. As the first step, I’m thinking of a collaboration between the current project members in Japan and you in EU, hoping to present the collaboration work at ARS Electronica Festival (International Media Art Festival)in September this year, when ARS Electronica celebrates its 40th anniversary. We’ve been discussing this idea with ARS team and there is a possibility that it really happens.
As a trial, let’s start communicating in Linz to see how we can explore the idea of Electromagnetic Orchestra together with you. So, we set up first step. If you are interested in it and you can, PLEASE JOIN US!
